Terms & Conditions

  1. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
  2. For each adult ticket, one infant (under three years) receives a complimentary ticket.
  3. Anyone under the influence of Alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.
  4. Also, all passengers will need to sign the declaration that he/she doesn’t have the above problems (Mandatory)
  5. There will be no refund for unused or partially used services
  6. Proof of age is required for children and infants during ticket redemption.
  7. The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
  8. Pregnant ladies over 3 months, any person who has Heart problem / serious knee & back pain, has undergone major surgery during the last 6 months, and suffering from height phobia is not recommended for this activity.
  9. Each flight lasts approximately 10 minutes. Total experience duration may vary due to loading, offloading, and queue management. Please allow for potential extended time during peak periods.

  13. In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
  14. Child Policy:
  15. Children below 3 years of age will be considered infant
  16. Children between 3 to 11 years will be charged child rate
  17. Above 12 Year will be considered as Adult
  18. Guests who do not wish to participate in the flight experience, but want to watch their family, can purchase a lounge access ticket on-site for AED 40 and enjoy a beverage while waiting. Please note that there are limited spaces available in the lounge.
