Imagine arriving at the Dolphinarium with your tickets in hand, only to be stopped at the park gate because you don't have a Metro card. This happens to hundreds of tourists every week.
The Location Rule
The Dubai Dolphinarium is located inside Creek Park, which is a public park run by the Dubai Municipality. The Dolphinarium ticket covers the show, but NOT the park entry.
How to Pay the AED 5
The park entry fee is AED 5 per person. However, you cannot pay with cash or credit card directly at the turnstile.
CRITICAL TIP: You must use a Nol Card (Dubai's public transport card) to tap in.
If you used the Metro to get around Dubai, you already have one. If not, you must purchase a Nol card at the ticket counter near the gate (Gate 1 is the closest to the Dolphinarium). Make sure it has at least AED 5 balance for every member of your family.
